Small batch means producing one style in tens of pieces rather than thousands — usually to test a design before committing to bulk. Our line is set up for it: 50 pcs per style per colour on stock yarn, 3–7 day sampling, and the same factory can scale to 3,500 pcs/day once the style sells.

Yes, absolutely! About 40% of our streetwear and boutique clients begin with inspiration photos, sketches, or physical reference garments. Our pattern engineering team will reverse-engineer the stitch gauge, yarn count, and measurement chart, and provide you with a standardized tech pack for approval before knitting.

When we produce your pre-production sample (typically $60-$120 depending on yarn complexity and gauge), the fee covers machine setup and yarn. Once you approve the sample and place a bulk order of 300+ pieces per style, the sample fee is refunded in full. Orders between 50 and 299 pieces per style are treated as small-batch runs and the sample fee is not refunded.

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style per colour with stock yarn (which can be split across standard sizing like S, M, L, XL). For custom yarn dyeing with specific Pantone shades, the MOQ is typically 150-200 pieces depending on dye vat minimums. We maintain thousands of stock yarn colors ready to knit immediately.

We support both: 1) Over 500+ ready-to-knit stock yarn cones in vibrant streetwear shades (Klein blue, neon orange, vivid lime, pastels) with zero dye wait time; and 2) Custom Pantone TCX/TPX lab-dip dyeing within 3 business days for exact brand color matching with spectrophotometer delta-E < 0.5.
