Knitwear Tech Pack Checklist
A well-prepared tech pack speeds up your sample turnaround from 7 days down to as fast as 3 days.
If you don't have a complete tech pack yet, don't worry — send whatever sketches or sample photos you have, and our factory pattern makers will create one for you.
Front and back 2D technical drawings clearly specifying neck opening, shoulder slope, armhole construction (raglan, set-in, or drop-shoulder), and ribbing cuffs.
Essential measurements: Total length (HPS), 1/2 Chest width, Across shoulder, Sleeve length from center back, Neck drop, Hem rib width & height.
Target needle gauge (e.g. 7GG or 12GG), target garment weight (e.g. 450g), and preferred yarn blend (e.g. 100% Cotton, Merino wool, or blend).
For intarsia or jacquard patterns, provide vector artwork (AI/PDF) with exact placement measurements from collar/hem and Pantone TCX/TPX color codes.
Main woven neck label placement, wash care label instructions, custom hang tag dimensions, and barcode sticker specifications.
