Intarsia

Every color block is knitted separately from its own yarn cone, with no yarn floats crossing the back of the fabric — the reverse side is every bit as clean and smooth as the front. The garment drapes beautifully with a crisp, structured silhouette; every color edge is sharp and precise. Premium quality you can see and feel.

How it's made

  1. 01
    Pattern Design & Yarn Routing

The design begins with professional software, precisely mapping the motifs for the front panel, back panel, and sleeves. Master technicians with 15+ years of experience then break the motifs into color blocks, assign each block its own independent yarn cone, and plan the yarn routing path — before compiling the program files for the computerized flat knitting machine. The goal throughout is more than just "knittable": the reverse side must be just as clean and beautiful. Both sides, beautifully finished.

  2. 02
    Machine Knitting & Tuning

Once the yarn-routing data is loaded, the computerized flat knitting machine follows its preset yarn-change instructions and changes yarn precisely at every color boundary, row by row. Before the actual sample, we knit a test swatch to measure dimensions and stitch density, calibrate the motif scale — and only then move into sampling.

  3. 03
    Tying Off Yarn Ends

Once the panels are knitted, a short yarn tail is left at the start and end of every yarn change in each color block. Our workers hand-knot each tail securely, then tuck the knots into the reverse side of the fabric — preventing unraveling while keeping the garment neat and beautiful.

  4. 04
    Linking & seam finishing

Front, back, sleeve and collar panels are linked piece by piece, with even seams and concealed joins.

  5. 05
    Washing & Steam Setting

Washing and pressing is the final quality gate. The panel is washed first to remove oil and impurities from knitting, allowing the fibres to fully relax and even out tension. It is then steam-pressed into its final shape and measurements, locking the motif outlines. The finished garment feels soft, drapes naturally, and every color block sits flat and crisp at the edges.
